Good price, great product

I was looking for a steel roof rack, as I was concerned an aluminum product would be either too bulky or not strong enough. I was also concerned about finding a product that would not add wind noise. Add to that there are very few roof rack products available for 2nd gen Sequoia's. What helped me decide on this product were the claims of the strongest rack and no wind noise.

Now that I have installed it the PRO's are yes it is very sturdy, build quality is great, fits great, and there is no wind noise added. The only complaints are there were no instructions, so it took some guess work and trial and error to figure out what went where, and I had to assemble/disassemble/reassemble a bit to get it to fit correctly. One other CON was I did have to omit the 2nd cross bar so the sunroof wouldn't open up and hit it. I guess small price to pay to have such a low profile rack.

Overall I am very happy with the end result. My only other concern is whether there will be any corrosion issues using steel since some powder coating came off while I installed, removed and reinstalled most of the nuts and bolts during my trial and error assembly, but I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Rock Solid Product and Excellent support

I've had this roofrack going on 6 months....it's rock solid and worth every penny. Can easily remove any crossbar(s) as needed. I've gotten multiple compliments on it and checking around now for a RTT. I am waiting for sliders for 2nd Gen Sequoia.

You can't go wrong with this product or any PakRax product for that matter.
